“How can I recruit more distributors, QJ?”
Well the first thing to do is decide on the numbers.
‘How many new distributors do you want to get in the next month?’
She said, ‘I’d like 4 by the end of this month’.
‘Okay, so how much time have you got?’
‘Two hours a day, Monday to Friday’.
‘And is that uninterrupted or are the kids going to stop you from being able to focus?’
Long story short. We agreed all the numbers.
100 people were needed on the list to start off with (this would end up as 4 recruits).
10 mins per call was allocated.
Systematic and do-able process was agreed.
This is the stuff we already now, but WE DON’T DO IT.
Why? Because we ask ourselves all the wrong questions.
Ask yourself quality questions and you’ll come up with quality answers. Then all you have to do is take the prescribed action.
